I booked 2 rooms in the hotel paying 2960/ night per room and the room alloted to us was just a disaster. How it was disaster that I am going to show you all with the photographs clicked by me live at the hotel. The pictures showed by the manager at the time of booking was just not even 1% close to that. There was no towel, no toiletries, no mineral water at the room and the condition of the room was pathetic where there was a locust on the bed, the bed was as hard as stone, washroom was very dirty with spoiled ceiling, the bed wallpaper was torn, there were wall insects in the room, the sink was very dirty and stain on the blanket. Overall all the maintenance of the hotel was worst.
Also, i have paid INR 10,160 for my stay of 3 nights which the manager Mr. Puneet Shukla contact no. 9237980539 had denied to refund back and did not listened to our query saying the photo of the room shown on the internet will not the exact that the customer would get.
He behaved in a hooligan way with a lady and was not ready to accpet his mistake. He is a cheater as he is displaying something else and providing a different room on spot. Its a shame on the hotel manager.
