I have ordered a Bean bag from sablelo.in website link which I got through the Instagram. I have placed an order for 1 nos of bean bags. The have charged ₹. 499 for bean bag and ₹.  for Express Delivery.  The promised to deliver the package in a period  2 to 4 days. I have placed the order on 29th September 2020 it crossed a week still i have not get my package. I have visited the site,  it remains not reachable. Tried emailing them about the complaint, but all emails fail to reach the email they provide for customer support.

Im worried this is money theft happening in the face of online shopping. Targetting thousands of people.

Kindly help me so i can get my money back.
