I ordered a JBL flip 3 speaker from this site getsby.in. I filled the details and placed the order, also i paid through PayTM the amount of Rs. 1499. It said you will receive a confirmation mail soon. But i didnt get any message or mail or anything regarding confirmation. I tried contacting customer care no. – 8448444198, nobody is picking up. Also, i tried sending email to this id – support@getsby.in, gmail says “address not found”,
