Dear sir/madam,
I had ordered for car soundproof weather strip from starsoul.in order number SS15882, yesterday i received the product did cash on delivery payment and after the payment i opened the courier only see that i have been fooled by receiving wrong product.
So I went to their website wrote complaint – no response, wrote email – no response.
So started searching for customer care number so i found this number:9153349072. I called this number he turned out to be fraud he told me we have stopped responding to email , how did you did payment (cod) phone pe or Google pay, which is bank account,do you have two sim in your phone, i will send to customer care app explaining on return policy.
So it clearly turned out be fraud call so I did not install the app and reported spam.
Now my money is gone and product is of no use.
Please help me.
