i made purchase of 499 and and got message of confirmation of order. after that no update. i lately realised its fraud site

it’s a fake site. I want our money back.
Yesterday I ordered and paid charges.
But there is no any msg. From Rupamcreations. In this lockdown and shortage of money everywhere . it’s shameful.
To get fake money from innocent people.
Please punish this people and get my money back
