my name is kainath kauser and i am from kolkata i have order from wardrobefella.com web site which cost me Rs. 498/- and they send me totally different product which worth hardly Rs. 50/- and i got the package from bluedart courier service my mode of payment was cash on delivery, somehow from google search i got their customer case number i.e. 7047601840 i call on that number and a boy receive my call he did not tell me his name but he said he will registered my complaint and will refund my money through phnpy or Gpay and ask me to download one app called SMS TO PHNOE but i refused to do so and then he said u have to send a msg to a num with complaint number i also refused to do that because i have fear if he will took my money out of my bank, he ask me for order no and knowingly i gave him wrong order no to see he is fraud or not and i was right he did not ask me right order no and registered my complaint and said he will refund my money through GPAY or Phnpe but still nothing happen
