i was fraudly sold a plan from jiofibre…they didnt provide me stb box and gave me just wifi connection…after several complaints my connection was cancelled on october 17th with a promise router pick up will be done in 3 days and payment initited after that…i have called more than 20 times in customer care they everyday give me a slot for pickup of router but never engineer calls…its been 25 days daily i call customer care with zero reponse on asking why this is happening they simply disconnect and give a new date…appelate complaint made but of no use
