Hi, I am Deepak matele, I attached my invoice details with is mails.
I have to make complain against my serving of wagon R pls consider following issued.
Service engineer Name: Kuldeep Gaikwad: Cell No.:8451006985
1.I booked regular A/c Serving of Rs.1399/- then your engineer checked my car he told me normal serving is insufficient because they must be a leakage so I simply I trust on him and I go for high performance AC services worth Rs.3199/- but at the time of Delivery there was no Leakage even I paid full amt.
2.At the time of delivery my battery is changed they told me my battery is poor they started my car and tell me to keep it engine start for 20-30 mins. When I check my car’s battery, they changed my entire battery that should not be done so I want my battery that is steal of my property.
3.when I hand over my car to your service Centre my car petrol is 5 points and when I checked my car’s fuel its just 1 point blinking when I asked reason, they told me while servicing they have to keep my car start so that’s the reason of exhausted of petrol that the things I don’t understand my almost full tank is now empty.
I request you change of my car’s good battery, cheating me for upgrading services and stealing of petrol that should not be done by you and that is offence.
Now I drop my car to your service center and request you to please fixed all my issued.
