1. I booked a ticket from delhi srinagar and the amount got deducted from my account which was for rs 3035
2. later I got a call that it has gotten canceled due to some issue and I need to book again on the link they will provide
3. they also told me that the earlier amount will get refunded
4. i saw the reviews of the fraud agency later and realised they have done it to a lot of people.
5. Please look into the matter and try to resolve it.
