Dear Team,
I am highly obliged to you for reading my complain.
As a Tata Sky consumer I am very much embarrassed for their services. When ever I do recharge I get different due date, different recharge amount credit to my bucket, different notification.
By these kind of faulty message & trigger i am facing lots of problem & cheated by the company. I have logged so many complains since last 2 months.
But no luck for me as each & every time I am getting different answers from their executives & without resolving the issue they try to close the same.
Their behavior is not professional. Please look into this ASAP.
