I had ordered 2 Kanchivaram sarees from Kalyani silks which is an online website to order sarees, on October 2nd. They had sent 2 low quality hard silk sarees nowhere compared to Kanchivaram sarees and to ask for return I had contacted them through e-mail and they had asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks for the return to take place. Apparently its been a month and they aren’t responding to neither messages nor calls on WhatsApp. They took cash payment of Rs.2998 on delivery for the sarees. I would like a return the product and receive the cash paid with a compensation fee as they have created an inconvenience in this matter.
