I have ordered a smart watch from flipkart of Fireboltt company and due to its battery issue it was replaced for the first time, but then again the replaced item was defective so I asked for refund but they denied and processed for replacement once more. Now my product was picked on 17th Oct’22 and till now they have not provided any update for my replacement, when I called a executive for the same she was even unable to provide any necessary information. Please register my case and process for the same so that I can get my refund back from the company. Please support
