Hi,
My name is Mr. Hitesh Gamre. I wish to file a complaint for the fraud or disservice done to me in the name of JOB/Freelancer.

I received a call from Vista Database Services on the 7th Sep 2021 on this day the caller lure me in with SOME fancy Offers and said that it a totally trust worth AND WILL HELP ME IF THERE IS ANY PROBLWM OR ISSUE, which actually put me in this SITUATION.
As I am currently Jobless more than 6 months. They asked me to sign a Agreement as it was their initial Registration protocol, which I signed Digitally on their registration site as there was no other option.
Further to which they asked me to fill up for 500 forms in 5 day to work on as a freelancer and I was confident that I can pull it off, initially their system was not working and due to which I called up the customer care and on the first day I followed their instruction and did the initial login formalities.
On 8th SEP 2021 Afternoon the log inn was done successfully with the help of Customer care.
On 9th SEP 2021 the work was going Good as I was Pacing with the requirement of Turn Around Time TAT.
On 10th SEP 2021 the Internet was not working at my place for which I informed them due to which the login was not done this day.
On 11th SEP 2021 as I managed to get the internet connection service, after which I tried to log inn on which I recognized that My Account of Vista Database Services was blocked.
On recognizing of Blocked Login I called up the Customer care.
Further also I did all the activities as per the Customer CARE instruction for which now I am blamed and now asked to pay charges and on denying I am been pressurized further to which they are threatening and drawing allegation on me for the Term of 420 Section as per IPC.
On asking for help from the dedicated Customer Care they asked me to reach out to some lady, on further approaching her and exchanging mail, followed asking for my Mistake I was threatened and put to a condition to pay money to activated the account or terminate the same also for which they were asking to pay charges.
On asking for help as there is no mistake from my side I was denied and rejected saying that I will not be helped which actually was not acceptable.
So I called up other members from their team and they agreed to my points but said they cannot help me as this matter is handled by the lady from legal department of their Organization.
As per the records I completed their work of Approx. 180 Forms in 2 days as per agreement they accepted to pay me 60INR per form, which sums up to approx. 12000INR.
Now threatening Message and legal notice are send to me on Social Media.
This is quite the Harassment for me as they are threatening me and also they wasted my 4 days along with all the physical efforts which I drew to do this Job Initially.
They have done a lot Physical, Emotional and Physiological Damage me and also due to their such a behavior I am ashamed to the people I know for sharing this thought as this IMPUTED my Status & REPO.
I Demand a Compensation for all this Loss over such a ACT.
