This is regarding the fraud happening in name of Elica Customer care service. This guy visited our house on 31st December 2022 telling that he is from Elica and did service to our gas stove saying the filter needs to be changed and did nothing. He did not even gave the bill saying we will get the same by evening and that did not happen at all. The customer care number is also fake as they are blocking our calls after hearing our query. They took 7000 rs with no resolution at all. They are blocking our calls and not responding at all.
