I have purchased membership from Royals Clubs for 10 years at 150000/- While purchasing the service, it was assured that if i want to cancel the service because of any issue then it is possible within 45 days. However; when i saw the agreement which was shared after swiping of card which was showing “amount is non-refundable” which was complete false commitment by Sales Team. So i immediately ask them cancel membership on same day within 30 minutes however; Sales team was saying “it is not possible now however,you can cancel once you get welcome call from customer service executive”.
I received call on 30 Nov, in which I asked them to cancel the membership, for which customer care executive told me to send an email. After sending an email, i got response after 36 hrs that membership is not refundable.
