We were on a trip to Goa and we were invited to attend a seminar about the Karma group of companies tied up with Royal India Holiday Club and Prestige Holiday Resorts LLP. There, the sales executive Mr. Anand attended us and explained about the membership and how it works. They did mention different parts of the membership and options for the payment. We were informed about The MANAGEMENT CHARGES but it was never specified in a sum of rupees but instead we were told that it will be very minimum. After purchasing the membership, in the month of November, we received a message with the link for the payment of the management charges. It was a sum of 33,257.56 Rupees. They suspended my membership when the management charges were not paid and would not refund our money that we paid for the membership. They cheat us in a very nice way that we do not understand that we are being fooled by them. The total sum of management charges should be specified on the agreement and should be informed to the members while selling to them instead of cheating in this manner. ONE OF THE WORST CLUBS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
