I saw an ad on which it was written sumit kumar cisf and uploded electronic tv laptop and many more i called and said I want laptop and a tv .he said the amount will be 13000 and you have to transfer 2000 advance and remaining after you get parcel i transfer the amount 2000 and he sent me receipt of Indian army courier and then said you will be called from a security department for confirming the purchase of tv and laptop then a person called me named as Kiran chetryy and said you have to pay 6500 for GST and remaining at the time of once a parcel is reached to you i declined for the further payment and now response for any refund.i have transferred 2000 through UPI.
