This seller is doing scams or fraud by selling used or refurbished products at the cost of new products. I ordered via Flipkart and for a lot of products I don’t know why flipkart depends upon sellers like Akshnav Online. Buy refrigerator from local stores or Amazon

I received my mobile phone order (OD334975794581626100), but unfortunately, the screen is seriously damaged. I was shocked to see the condition of the phone upon unboxing.
I request you to please arrange for an immediate return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement unit.
I have attached photos/videos of the damaged screen for your reference.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
