Hi I ordered a suit online on instagram from seller r and m collection on 23/05/2019..which the seller promised me that I will get in 3-4 days after the payment ..i paid 980 for that suit…but till now i have not received any thing..initially he was sending me messages that your suit has reached in kanpur and finally he said that the item is stuck at lucknow local office…after that he stopped replying..i am continuously sending him messages ..he is not replying…i have made account  transfer to his account…can we retrive his details from his account number which should be linked to his adhar number…he might be cheating other customers…please take an action against him.
