I had ordered groceries worth ₹149.99 and paid it via Phonepe. Deleivery was promised within 15 hours but there is no sign of delivery till date. Tried calling the customer care but they are not answering. I want full refund and a legal action taken against such fraud scammers also cancel their registration.
