I placed an order on 13th August 2025 through a Shopify-hosted store for a “Pack of 3 Fitness Cross Padded Sports Bras” (Order ID: IW2190IND). I paid ₹799 COD via PhonePe. However, on delivery, the package contained only waste cardboard, and no product was received. This is a clear case of fraud. I have attached proof (order confirmation, courier label, package photos, and payment screenshot). I requested Shopify’s Trust & Safety Team to take immediate action against this fraudulent store and assist me in obtaining a refund however nothing is been done now as it’s been 30+ days. Even they did not revert me on linkedin as well
