I placed an order on 13th August 2025 through a Shopify-hosted store for a “Pack of 3 Fitness Cross Padded Sports Bras” (Order ID: IW2190IND). I paid ₹799 COD via PhonePe. However, on delivery, the package contained only waste cardboard, and no product was received. This is a clear case of fraud. I want my money back. I wrote email and escalate this matter on linkedin . However nothing been done by shopify
