I have paid Rs.4000 to Airtel on 16-Aug-2023, which was asked by the Airtel person so that installation of Broadband would be done on 17-Aug-2023. From that day onwards the person from Airtel is not picking up my phone and not replying to any messages.
There is no action from the Airtel customer care to my raised complaint.
Please take some action on such Frauds by reputred comanies like Airtel.
