Text of Complaint by Shafhad Khan:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against HeyCoach, an online skill development and interview preparation platform. I enrolled in one of their courses with the intent of enhancing my skills and career prospects. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reasons, I found it increasingly challenging to attend their scheduled two-hour classes after my full-time work hours. This has caused me considerable stress and impacted my health. Upon realizing this, I promptly requested a course withdrawal and refund, explaining my situation to HeyCoach. However, they denied my request, stating that they do not have a refund policy. At the time of enrollment, I was not adequately informed about the strict no-refund policy, nor was I provided any flexible options for course engagement based on my schedule. I believe this is unfair and contrary to consumer rights, as I was unable to use the service as intended and have communicated this to HeyCoach, but they refuse to consider my request. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a refund. I have attached all relevant documents, including proof of payment, course enrollment details, and email correspondence with HeyCoach. I hope you will consider my grievance and take appropriate action in line with consumer protection laws. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely,
