Ordered this phone on Flipkart and received stones instead of the phone in the box. Contacted customer service immediately and lodged a complaint, no one has done anything to resolve the issue, going back and forth via emails but no one is ready to take responsibility about the fraudulent activity of the company. Have lodged FIR as well but no help from police, everyone in the company is pushing blames on one another with no resolution of our complaint, very disappointing.
