SBI Card was issued to me on dated 08/10/2020; during issuance of card there was no charges applicable however the agency mandatory applied Credit Card insurance policy and charges were added to SBI Credit card. I had inform the agency that Credit Card insurance policy is not required by me kindly inactivate by telephonic within 15 days of policy. But the agency denied to the same to do. They forcibly added the charges to my SBI Card account. I requested to them to close the SBI Credit card and share the final amount to be paid. SBI Card department do not have any office in Mumbai all calls are operated through Delhi. I need resolution for this or action to be taken against this. Also as per Government all credit amount were discontinue during the Covid time also.
