I had migrated my no 9238500000 to prepaid in the month of Jul’20.. The sales person had given ad additional no stating I would get additional GB and there would be no charges. .since I did not require. So much of data services I migrated to a 399 plan through Airtel App as informed by your store person . Little did I know the second no would be charged 199 rental…on receiving my bill on Sep I wanted to disconnect the add on no however your app does not have the provision..121 does not get connected so I called 198..they also did not register any service request and gave me a reference no…I received call from your backend and they are uttering all ill logical things..kindly check the issue and disconnect the add on no 9777740479
