I am shaik suleman from Hyderabad as i saw a rta agent contact number on Google I was call and share all details about car rc ownership transfer( rta work) gurgaon haryana and he told me 15000/- for noc and change ownership so was transfer him amount of rupees 10000/- online and committed balance amount after rc transfer. Afterward I was call him on that mobile number it was continuously Swift off either whatsapp also not active. The froud person name is Sanjay my original rc of 2 cars is also with him only please help me if possible his mobile number is 99711 87855
