This complaint is against a fraud company by name of WATER PURIFIER SERVICE CENTER, address at Block BC, No 630, 3rd Floor, Naraina, Delhi 110028. Phone number: 8744986100;
very simply i wated to get my RO serives from KENT official company only. I registered service requests on the Kent website and via call center for service requests for RO. Meanwhile, somewhere this fraud agency came to know about my service request and come home for servicing. I asked them if they are from KENT company and the person said YES. After replacing filter candles with fraudulent ones, and gave me an AMC for INR 5, 800. this was on 28-03-2020. Next day i came to know that person who visited was actually a fraud and not from Kent. So somewhere KENT call center data is being leaked and provided to open maket and such fraud companies.
I have been chasing this fraud company on the above number 8744986100 and they are neither picking my calls nor providing any service nor giving any refund of INR 5,800.
i am very frustrated with these people and would request if there is any agency or body who can penalize these people and fake organizations?
