I ordered 4 Casual Shirts worth rs 1200, paid to EKart (Shiprocket) via upi as the mode of payment was cash on delivery. Instead of four shirts I received 2 torn and used shirts. Ekart received the money on behalf of retailer i.e. FACTION HUT. Kindly look into it.
