I called 198 on 11th July 2021 at 3:45 pm where I spoke to the representative of Airtel and talked to him regarding Hello Tune…
I filed my complaint that the hello tune I want is not available in wynk music app so What should I do then he told me that you recharge rs 78, after that you will become a premium customer of wynk music, after that whatever song you want will be available And a message came from Airtel to which I have attached a screen shot.And now even after recharging 78, i can’t find any favourite song
I called back to customer care and told that still I can’t find that song, so they started saying why did you recharge?
- This is fraud i am completely disappointed
