This complaint regarding the fraud which as done by mobikwik , since i used a mobikwik zip limit in 2021, and the due outstanding amount is 1516 , and i didn’t payed the amount at right time as they say , in that i haven’t used the full limit as i can see to fraud bookings as done without my notice , and know at present date they show me as a defaulter and i should pay them the amount of rupees 15000 change , keeping a view as i am a defaulter if i didn’t payed the amount from last 3 years , they didnt even intimated that your payment is getting high day by day as it reached 1516 to 15080 i am asking as a right of Indian citizen they should call the person or if i didnt answer them they should call the parent or a gurdian to intimate them about my fault, secondary once i got a call from an agent by mobikwik as he says today i need pay the amount if not you cant get any loan and today as special discount who pay today and he explained that 60% of discount and seetlement will be given and i thought of getting this headache close, i followed as he said and i have done the payment thru his whatsapp guidance he said its take some time to reflect as it is special settlement offer and he said please ignore if you get call from mobikwik and same recived from mobikwik side if paid please ignore message and i thought its cleared and as i payed the amount i ignored that as of now they demand 15000 change to close the account so please guide me and help me to rid of this issue as soon as possible and i request to take a action on the mobikwik as the they fraud to there customers
