My friend purchased a online batch of physics wallah for CA Intermediate. It was named as Udesh pro batch for November 2024 in which it included hard copy of books to be given to students ( they were included in the batch price) initially the adress for delivery of books was incorrect and there was no way to change the address due to which the order was cancelled from our side to place a new order . But now they are demanding to pay for the books seperately and agreeing to the terms the provide the books for free which was included in the batch price. When reached to customer care they named the delivery of hardcopy of books was mere a complimentary offer and now as we have cancelled the order we need to pay for them. ( The books price was already included in the batch but now they are asking to pay books amount seperately) It was nowhere written as books were part of offer in the batch description and management of physics wallah are not helping to resolve the issue.
