I had ordered Luna bags (Buy 1 get 1 free) from cromet.shop they have website and are on Instagram as well. I placed the order through COD. But when opened the package ther was just a random pouch and bunch of newspapers. i have repeatedly sent them emails regarding this and have received no reply. Craft villa and cromet are the fraud brands and delivery partners were: shiprocket and Ecom express.

Similar incident happened with me. I ordered a chocolate and jade shade luna bag and got some random idiotic brown useless bag and i had pay 1000rs as COD. Completely unacceptable!
It has an invoice number but cannot backtrack as the site is no longer available – invoice no 14998OM dated 28th Sep.
Instagram should verify the genuinity of a brand and then only launch ads for users.
