I have ordered a Ssd 250 gb from Amazon and due to some issues I returned it to the Amazon delivery agaent in the origanl state with origanl papers. But when after even 15 days of return took off , I got no refund. I enquired it and found no response. After lot of times, enquiry reach to different persons with different response. I have all the call records and chat proofs. Now they say , seller is saying that the serial no. Of the Ssd is different. But I have returned it to them in orignal state. Even I had not informed about anything. Neither I am given any Ssd nor refunded for that. Please look after this case. Who is doing the fraud in between , I have seen many other issues regarding same fraud in social media through amazon delivery and pickup agents. Please look after this case.
