I recharged my number with 155 where it was not mentioned that it’s a jio mobile plan or a normal plan.
But when I completed my recharge i am unable to use the service because it’s showing that it’s a jio phone recharge and I need to do it with another 199 all in one pack.
And their costumer executive says it’s non-refundable. But it’s totally the mistake of jio.
They are doing theft as they are not putting any kind of Notification about jio phone recharge Or normal phone recharge.
Jio is a complete fraud telecom company in India.
