Estates 21 company booking advance 51k to buy a plot then they said you are booking today if you cancel your full money refund but now this company is saying that your service charge will be deducted there is no mention anywhere.I have already given application for medical issue but they say after 90 days money will be received which was not mentioned anywhere I need the money for emergency, it is not mentioned anywhere about keeping it for 90 days, but now it is saying.That I want to take action against it.
