I do a payment on 06/06/2023 for True Balance with an amount of 19686 at that time agent said me that it will be settled once am done the payment and i done with this amount they send me a google pay request and i complete that payment. now they call me and said me that it is considered as an EMI i need to again paid or to do the settlement. there application aslo shows that it is settled onces i do the payment. now it is shows that loan is active
