I had placed an order looking at the ad on Instagram that lead me to your website Music ERA.
The order I received is very different and is wrong from the order I placed.
I am attaching photos or the actual order placed and the order I received… It does not match at all. I am charged ₹1599 for this and I feel cheated as you are promising something and delivering something different. This can be treated as a fraud case as well.
I would like you to complete the order as per commitment or else refund my entire amount.
Appreciate your support and cooperation in this matter.
