I placed an order from Amazon which is Real me narzo 30 5g mobile of 15999 and the product delivered was completely fraud product

Raized a complaint at amazon customer service but the resolution was disgusting

They say that everything went fine and th product delivered was the exact product delivered by me

I denied the resolution which is delivered because the product delivered is not the product which i ordered i need a help on this issue

I request to please help me getting my product or refund
