On the 7th of June 2022, I Vivek Garg had booked 3 tickets from Kochi to Bengaluru via Travolook website. Within minutes they had canceled my ticket stating. This had been done with no proper refund or addressal of the grievance. There has been no response from the end of the customer care even after 22 days. I urge you to look into the matter and help me at the earliest.
