I got call from Airtel store for new connections. I was given plan with 5 connections all with unlimited voice and data bundle with total bill amount of rs 1150 including GST which I can get setoff in my firm and I have also provided my firm’s details.
I got family plan of 999 with only 4 connections and charged 299 for extra connection. Also not got bill in my firms name so have to bear cost of GST. despite my several complaints and mails to company and their nodal officer no resolution is provided I have also shared mobile number of the persons doing this kind of fraud practice in my mail also but no action is taken.
