We have ordered room Heater from blinkit on 27-12-2022 at 10 pm. The concern is I want to return the product as I am not satisfied with the product ,They have clearly mentioned 7 day return policy in product description, No where in the app or website it is specified that the return policy is only applicable on damage products , Now after 2 days even after continuous contact with the customer and complaints , There has been no solution with this, instead the company is just being rough and rude stating we will not return the product or give a refund , Me who is a middle class person , it’s a enough amount for me , Such application should be banned for such frauds , Pls take action against them.
