I booked a Pro7 Mobile on the mobylestore.com as advertised on facebook on 11.5.2020 and a sum of Rs. 2999 was credited in the account of one Devanshu Jain on behalf of that firm. My order was confirmed and order No. MS 1326 was assigned and it was mentioned that I would be informed after the shipment. The time of delivery as mentioned on the Ad. was standard i.e. 5-7 days. But when the item was not received nor any intimation, I sent a mail to know the status on the address help@mobylestore.com as mentioned in the receipt of the order .However the same was returned undelivered as address not found. Thereafter I sent mail to the ecom2020 which is another address of contact on 16.5.20,19.5.20 and 29.5.20 but reply has been received. It appears that the same is a fake company and is cheating people. I asked from facebook to proved the address of the company as they had advertised on their page,but they did not respond.
