I have paid doe my fiber plan which includes subscription of all OTT apps however they are asking to subscribe again and upon login it is not showing my free offer. Also while doing recharge/plan upgrade in fiber it was no where mentioned that i could not do it on phone or need other equipment such as set top box and now i called customer service to activate they said i have free STB agent shivangi from jio. Now when i called today they disconnected. How in the world i am supposed to activate it . I feel they have cheated on me and lied about the plan no details mentioned and now does not even refund forget that i can’t access any of the app. It is just they r looting money with out any service
