My friend sent 20000rs to my merchant account. Paytm is charging 1.99% and GST charges for the transaction. so, Paytm charged 469.64 rupees as charges and sent 17,064.74 rupees to me. According to charges I have to get 19,530.71 rupees but paytm settled less amount 17,064.71 than actual amount. Totally paytm charged 2,935.26 rs and not mentioned details for the deduction of remaining amount . Requesting you to take an action on this issue and help me to settle the balance amount. The proof of screen shot has been attached to this complaint.
