Hello,
On Saturday night between 2am to 3am , some Authorized transaction happen, I got a OTP and someone excess my Simpl account , and they make a small small payment to the some electricity board in M.P. I message customer service for this now they are telling to payment has been made from your side , why I should do such kind of small payment to the unknown City electricity board. I don’t know which approach to go.
