I purchased this service with the expectation of receiving genuine job assistance, visibility to employers, and interview opportunities. However, even after making the payment, I have not received any satisfactory or meaningful service as promised. There has been no improvement in job responses, no confirmed interviews, and no tangible benefit from the service.
I feel that the service provided does not justify the amount charged and the expectations set at the time of purchase. Hence, I request you to kindly review my case and initiate a refund or provide a proper resolution at the earliest.
