I have booked my bike and one cutting machine to ship from Gazipur,uttar pradesh To Tanda (Ambedkar Nagar district) uttar pradesh.
I have done booking of my both items from Aspiration Migration packers and movers, Mumbai.
The rate of shipping my bike was Rs.2500 as discussed on chat with one of member of Aspiration packers and movers.
His name was Mr Vaibhav contact no 8788449517. At the time of pickup my bike i added one cutting machine also and told mr vaibhav to kindly deliver this
also with my bike to same address.I told him i will pay extra 200-300 for this and he aggreed on it. But after picking my bike and cutting from gazipur
on 17 nov, 2022 he started ignoring me and not picking my phone. Then after 1 week he told me to do payment for deliver on prepaid basis as in chat it was
decided on 50-50 terms. He told that cutting machine will be deliverd for Rs.500 and bike 2500. After that he added on GST 18 per and shared me the bill of Rs.3540.
I told him why u chared extra he told its necessary to give bill of gst which ne never told before.
secondly he was not picking my phone and continuosly forcing me to pay charges of Rs. 3540 and saying that godown charges for keeping material
will be started if you do not pay amount. Anyhow i Payed him full Rs.3540 and told him to shift my material.
But as he was not responded to my calls i called customer care no of his mumbai branch where one person Sundar Singh mob no 8369831113 started abusing me on call and saying will not give your material and so on.
Then there was no update till next 10 days, i dont know whether he has used my bike for some illegal use or not withing that 20 days time span from the date he picked up my bike.
After 10 days from payment they deliverd the bike on 5 dec that to without key. And my cutting machine is still not delivered which is still missing. When my faher called him
frm different no he told i cant delivered that as it will cost me Rs.1250 instead of 500.
They are blackmailing me for extra money and is not responding to my calls. Their head department contact person in mumbai called me and start abusing me.
Kindly help me in this issue. I dont have any update regarding my cutting mcahine and they are not responding to my calls and messages.

I have also faced a similar situation with Mr. Vaibhav Singh and Mr. Ravi Singh from Aspiration Migration Packers & Movers/ Infield Logistics. We wanted to ship our furniture for which we were initially quoted Rs. 10,800/-. Later once they packed and took the material to their warehouse, they started demanding Rs. 15,000/- extra, or else they would throw away the material. I paid the amount fearing the loss of material but later they again requested for Rs. 1500 more saying the material is on hold as your furniture is heavy.
I have seen around 8-10 similar cases reported on this website by other individuals duped by this firm. I am going to file a legal complaint against these individuals and so I am reaching out to you and all such individuals on this platform.
