Dear Airtel,
I am raising this complaint because the issue was created and misleading by the airtel executive.
Mr Himanshu (+91-7888823950) phase 10 Mohali office.
At the time of porting the number from prepaid to postpaid, I told this guy that I have already used airtel postpaid in this number also all the packages in postpaid. But he told me to take a Family pack of 999 Rs. On his word, i took the family pack but after porting to airtel postpaid no OTT was working also the airtel thanks benefit also not able to avail Like airtel secure, Apollo health, Hotstar and Amazon prime. I visited the store and he was sure that I can avail but after waiting for 1 hour he said sorry sir his mistake. and when your employee do a mistake even after then customers have to suffer. i put a request after 3 months paid the last bill and the outstanding amount of Rs 320 but the bill was 280 before.
Your executive called me on Whatsapp and saying not port and because of port, his point will reduce. Hell for the point they are making fools. Now after porting to Jio I am getting calls to pay the bill. Now for what i should pay the bill.
I paid all the postpaid bill for 3 months on time also the last outstanding too can check and verify
